Hi! I’m Giovanni, founder of The Cultural Streets.
I’m a professional advertiser, content creator and photographer based in Madrid. After studying a master’s degree in Hispanic Literature and Culture at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, I decided to create a photo experience that could combine my urban knowledge of the city, history nerdness and content creation for people who visit this city for the first time.
That’s why I created The Cultural Streets to help tourists discover Madrid in a unique and memorable way, focusing on uncovering hidden gems and experiencing the city from a cultural perspective.
And that’s exactly what I aim to do with each of my photo routes – to help visitors see Madrid through the eyes of a local, discover the city’s vibrant culture and history and to capture those unique moments in photos that will last a lifetime.

How I work?
My photographic philosophy is all about capturing the true essence of the city. I love to explore off-the-beaten-path neighborhoods and immerse myself in the local culture to get a unique perspective.
My style is a mix of documentary and street photography, with a focus on capturing candid and spontaneous moments.
